Play-Based Learning, School Readiness, and STEAM: A Cross-Sector Pedagogical Innovation Pilot
KJ Cultura is partnering with kindergartens, primary schools, and
families on a cross-sector pedagogical innovation pilot. The project
addresses the transition from play-based pedagogy in kindergarten to
formal instruction in primary school — a critical school readiness
gap — by designing integrated pedagogical continuity frameworks that
span early childhood and primary education. Components include
play-based pedagogy development in kindergartens, family engagement
through structured home play activities, gamified supplementary
teaching resources and activity design for primary schools, and
STEAM integration across both sectors. The one-year pilot includes
classroom observation, reflective practice, and cross-school exchange.

University-Industry Co-Creation Studio: Case in Glocal Content Development and Commercialization
KJ Cultura partners with universities and industry collaborators to
run co-creation studios where student teams work on real industry
projects with industry mentor guidance. The studios integrate global
perspectives with local cultural resources across four content
domains: glocal narrative and content creation, cultural resource
excavation and reconstruction, empirical research methods in the
humanities and social sciences, and media strategy with industry
implementation. A current case in glocal content development and
commercialization spans the full cycle from research and content
creation to media strategy and industry implementation, with
industry mentors guiding every stage.

Digital Empowerment and Cultural Identity Reconstruction: A Multicultural Community Innovation Program
In partnership with a regional teacher training college and community
organizations, KJ Cultura has launched a program empowering
multicultural and indigenous communities to leverage AI and social
media for cultural symbol innovation and identity reconstruction in
the digital age. The program supports community members in using
digital tools to revitalize traditional cultural symbols, generate
new cultural expressions, and reconstruct collective cultural
identities — moving beyond cultural preservation toward cultural
revitalization.
